Offering fuller coverage, meet NORA's reusable period pants in our comfy shorts cut and classic black design. An ideal alternative to both disposable sanitary pads and tampons, they're period wear that you throw in the wash, turning your cycle full circle.

We've crafted these black short menstrual pants from soft organic cotton and a touch of stretchy elastane for everyday wear - black really does go with everything!

Holding up to triple the amount of blood than a disposable mini tampon, the clever layered design of our Light size is super absorbent and moisture-wicking with a waterproof layer for leakproof protection. You'll be reaching for these oh-so-cosy short reusable period pants again and again.

Wash within 48 hours at 30 degrees using non-bio laundry powder with no fabric conditioner.

Super comfy

I've found these pants so comfy. My period can be a bit up and down flow wise and being able to just wear a pair of the moderate pants and not worry was such a god send! I'd definitely recommend these and they look really nice on too! Everyone needs a little confidence boost during their period!

Pleased with comfort and performance

I bought these to try as an alternative to reusable pads and they are brilliant. They feel like normal pants - really trim and comfortable but are obviously absorbent. Contained everything well and washed up really nicely. I really like them for wearing at night. Will be buying a few more pairs when I can.

More simple than you might think! Give your period pants a rinse in cold water after use.

Wash within 48 hours at 30 degrees using non-bio laundry powder with no fabric conditioner.

For best results use a non-bio laundry powder. Do not use fabric conditioners or harsh stain removers as these can reduce the absorbency over time.

Can be tumble dried on a low setting but we recommend you don't do this every time as this can damage the waterproof layer.

You can wear your NORA period pants all day, feel free to wear them as long as you like. Only you know your flow.

If you are new to reusables or have a very heavy flow you might want to change them more regularly.

No. Smell usually comes from a build-up of bacteria. So make sure you rinse your pants as soon as you can after use.

In testing *, NORA pads showed 95% odour reduction and 99% reduction in bacterial growth.
