Awsome

I have used a few different period cups over the years and I love wearing them. This one is really soft and cleans up better then some of the others I have used. I have used it twice so far and both times there was no staining when I cleaned it to put it away, I have had others stain straight away so that was really nice. I really like the storage bag it comes in as keeps it discreet when i'm not using it and allows me to carry it around when I might need it. I personally cut the stem off completely as I can usually feel it but I like the fact that it comes with a long stem that you can trim yourself to make it suit you. Over all I really like using this period cup. its so much better for the environment then pads and tampons and I get then nice dry feeling through out the day. I have never had any problems with leaks or full cups but ten I have got used to my cycle and how often I need to change it.

Period game changer!

This is the first period cup I've used and I love it! The cup is really comfortable and easy to use. The bag is handing for keeping the cup in for travelling/between periods.

Wash your hands. Fold the NORA Cup in half so that it looks like a ‘C’ and hold it in one hand.*

Gently put the cup into your vagina with the stem pointing downwards until the rim sits just below your cervix.

Rotate a few times then release to create an airtight seal.

To remove, lightly pinch the bottom of the cup (not the stem) until the airtight seal is broken, and then remove.

Pop the blood down the toilet. Rinse and reuse.

*If the C shape doesn’t work for you then you might find you’re more suited to the Triangle or Punch Down shape

Size 1 - Light to normal flow:

Length: 74 mm; Diameter: 41 mm;

Capacity: 20.2 ml

Suggested for before having children

Size 2 - Heavy flow:

Length: 74 mm; Diameter: 46 mm;

Capacity: 29.5 ml

Suggested for post child-birth
