We create period wear that lasts, cycle after cycle, and the sustainable step up from disposable sanitary pads. In our fun brown Latte design, these heavy size eco pads absorb up to seven times more blood than a disposable tampon.

We've part-made these reusable menstrual pads with recycled materials, and they have a slimline, contoured shape to fit your body for comfortable wear.

Designed to last for around ten years, or about 150 washes, these reusable and washable period pads will help turn your cycle full circle.

Give them a rinse in cold water after use and store them in your pad bag or laundry load until ready to wash.

For best results use a non-bio laundry powder. Do not use fabric conditioners or harsh stain removers as these can reduce the absorbency over time.

How long can you wear a reusable period pad for?

We recommend changing your pad every 4-6 hours, but feel free to wear them as long as you like. Only you know your flow.

If you are new to reusables or have a very heavy flow you might want to change it more regularly.

No. Smell usually comes from a build-up of bacteria. So make sure you rinse your pad as soon as you can after use.
