Wicking Layer: 57% Recycled Polyester plus 43% Polyester. Looped terry design with a one way wicking inherent in the fabric design allowing liquid to pass through the fabric but not leak back out.

Absorbency Layer: 80% Viscose from Bamboo, 20% Polyester. Super Absorbent light weight towelling. (Moderate & Heavy styles only)

More simple than you might think! Give your period pants a rinse in cold water after use.

Wash within 48 hours at 30 degrees using non-bio laundry powder with no fabric conditioner.

For best results use a non-bio laundry powder. Do not use fabric conditioners or harsh stain removers as these can reduce the absorbency over time.

Can be tumble dried on a low setting but we recommend you don't do this every time as this can damage the waterproof layer.

You can wear your NORA period pants all day, feel free to wear them as long as you like. Only you know your flow.

If you are new to reusables or have a very heavy flow you might want to change them more regularly.

No. Smell usually comes from a build-up of bacteria. So make sure you rinse your pants as soon as you can after use.

In testing *, NORA pads showed 95% odour reduction and 99% reduction in bacterial growth.
