These Latte printed eco pads are part-made with recycled materials, and our Heavy size holds up to seven times more blood than a disposable tampon.

We've created these reusable menstrual pads with a slimline and contoured shape to fit your body for comfortable wear.

Designed to last for around ten years, or about 150 washes, these reusable and washable period pads will help turn your cycle full circle.

Give them a rinse in cold water after use and store them in your pad bag or laundry load until ready to wash.

Wash within 48 hours, and use non-bio laundry powder for best results.

Great Purchase

I tried the free pad and fell in love with Nora. It's very comfortable, super absorbent and easy to wash. The attention to detail (siluette, buttons and stitching) and quality is great! Just put in my order for more pads!!!!

Give them a rinse in cold water after use, fold in 3 and secure with elastic and store them in your pad bag if out and about.

For best results use a non-bio laundry powder. Do not use fabric conditioners or harsh stain removers as these can reduce the absorbency over time.

Can be tumble dried on a low setting but we recommend you don't do this every time as this can damage the waterproof layer.

How long can you wear a reusable period pad for?

We recommend changing your pad every 4-6 hours, but feel free to wear them as long as you like. Only you know your flow.

If you are new to reusables or have a very heavy flow you might want to change it more regularly.

No. Smell usually comes from a build-up of bacteria. So make sure you rinse your pad as soon as you can after use.
